Review installation with the customer at the start of work. The customer is responsible for obtaining a building permit if required based on municipal guidelines. The unit must be uncrated upon arrival. The installer will move the product from the delivery location to the assembly location. Additional charges may apply to move products to challenging locations. Unbox, removing packaging and inspect the unit for visible damage. The Gazebo must be assembled on a flat firm permanent service and must not be closer than 36″ from a fence or property line. The customer is responsible for removing any debris, overhanging branches or anything that would impede the assembly. If the Gazebo is being installed on a raised service, there must be at least 12″ of extra space on each side to allow for the unit to be moved enough to get a ladder to the peak of any roof. Assembly of the product in accordance with manufacture specifications. Install of the netting if it has been included with the Gazebo package (not sold separately). Anchor the product to the customer’s level deck, concrete, interlocking or patio stones with installer supplied fasteners. Additional charges may apply to supply more than the recommended fasteners. Test to ensure proper operations. Final clean-up of the jobsite. •••Services Not Included••• Pick-up and delivery. Leveling of the service area. Building Permits. Moving of product onsite to difficult areas such as steep hills/stairs, long paths, narrow spaces etc. Cracking or splitting of stones, concrete of wood may occur during installation. Additional charges may apply to fix these.
